I just wanted to let you know how important you guys were to me when I was a lonely hippie kid in Arizona in the late sixties.  You and Delaney were the best!  I was raised by Southerners, and the culture that shone through your music, black music played by white folks, with love and respect, spoke to me like no other.  It expressed all that was the best about those times, and about the dream we had of what this country could be. 



I love you and Delaney, and I always will.  Y'alll are a part of who I am.  and it's because of people like you that I will never forget, and never stop fighting for what I know is right.



I'm so glad to see you're hanging in there, and your kids are carryin' on...

Hi Bonnie, I have to tell you that I first heard you on the Roseanne Show and fell in love with your voice. I wish you would record "You Really got a hold on me" but acoustically... almost like you did on the show. I did like your version from?your album - BUT you have a GOD GIVEN purity to your voice that doesn't need much help. You touched me... I watch that clip repeatedly when I just wanna hear a peice of heaven.? Stay Blessed!

Love your awesome voice. On my bucket list... to sit in my folding chair under an oak tree here in Florida and listen to you do what you do best. You have a lot of fans out here!!!! Happy belated birthday Bonnie!  I met you years ago in Cincinnati when you came to town with Gail Giddens to promote your Capricorn Records album which i still treasure! You and she were both very nice to me as i was just starting out as an entertainment writer when entertainment was run by entertainers and people who knew the industry and cared instead if bean counters and business men! That is why i left that aspect of it! I have enjoyed your acting as well as your performing after over 20 years and like a fine wine Bonnie age is just a number and you are getting better with it!
