I wish your manager would contact Rosie O'Donnell and get a spot on her new radio program or Don Imus and get on his show.? You deserve more exposure and the world deserves to know more about you.? Delaney was a cousin of mine, but don't ask me to trace it back.  I am a Pontotoc native, living in Starkville, MS now.  The cover for one of our albums was shot at the cabin on our land in Randolph years ago.   Someone posted something about y'all on Facebook, prompting me to do a quick Google.  It was interesting to catch up. 

Delaney was back in Pontotoc a couple of years ago.  Some of our folks had a chance to visit with him.   RIP.

I saw you in June of 69 at Devonshire Downs Newport '69 Pop festival.   You were on stage with Jimi Hendrix on Sunday.  It was a three day event and I had a blast... I think I was 16.  Do you remember??   Anyway... I just wanted to drop by and say 'hello'   You're awesome and so sorry to hear Delaney has passed.

just wanted to say in no way i meant this to be disrespecctful but I have never heard of you until I saw you on the Roseanne show years ago and when you sang 'you really got a hold on me' in one episode, I started crying, that's what your amazing voice did to me. Then when you sang 'roll on down' with Mr. Crosby I was blown away!!!??

I am glad I know who you are now. Vocalist extraordinaire.

Hey Bonnnie!? I went to 7th and 8th grade with you in Granite City, IL.? I remember you sang at a talent show at Central Jr. High school in 7th grade.? You sang "All I have to do is dream" by the Everly Bros., if my memory serves me correctly.? I was amazed by your voice and knew someday my jr. high school friend would make it!? And she did!!!? I have a lot of your albums and you still rock!!!? My very favorite music is rhythm & blues and we've seen Leon many times.? LOVE Leon!!!? We've seen him in St. Louis several times and also in Charleston, SC.? Anyway, just wanted to say hi... hope you are doing well.? Loved looking at your website and will look for your latest album!

Since your Delaney n Bonnie days you have always been my favourite singer.? I was so sorry to hear of Delaney's passing.? He never got the recognition he so richly deserved.? I still have a couple of the orignal albums (which I now can't play because I don't have a turntable) so whenever I can find your music online, it's a blessing.? I used to play It's Time all the time.? It helped me through a lot.? I also loved you appearances on Roseanne.? You will always be among my top 1o favourite singers along with Rita Coolidge, Priscilla Coolidge, Dusty Springfield, etc.? God Bless and keep singing!
