Ah Sweet Lady

I first saw you live at the Inglewood Forum w/Delaney....and band.? You played before the 'Layla" stuff with Eric Clapton and his group at the time.? Man!? What a surprise.??

I already had owned and listened to (repeatedly, to some consternation from my friends) Down Home.? But to see your group LIVE was so wonderful.?

The next time I saw your was at Royce Hal at UCLA here.? Down and cool music from you and Delaney.

I met you once in San Francisco. You were with Delbert McClintock....you sat down at our table...just you, me and my friend.? You talked and talked and were JUST YOU.?

Thank you!?

Just saw "The Guardian" and you are magnetic...in my humble opinion, the best part of the film.

Keep working my dear..........your voice, your art, ARE appreciated.

From long ago

Hi there Bonnie,
Probably wont ever remember me but I worked with you on your gospel
album long ago. I was just a young photo assistant to Mike but you gave me lots of time and told me great stories. Man that was a night I have never forgotten and love to tell the story of what a wonderful person you are. You were great and I see you are just as beautiful as you have always been. You talked to me about your time with Duane and Eric and how you knocked Elvis off the bar stool for saying something about Ray. You gave me something special. I wont tell it here. It was a long time ago but I still remember that one special time when a knock came at the studio door and there you were. A legend standing there in front of me.
I hope you are doing well. If I get anywhere close to where you are playing Ill come by and listen.
You take care

thank you

Listining to Lady's Choice LOVE IT Thanks for making this old girl feel "forever young" once and awhile! Have the house alone and all is well today. just dancing around?feeling great enjoying the moment.?THANK YOU

YOU on Roseanne

Just saw the Rosanne Mother's Day episode again this morning. Normally that show annoys me but I love the diner episodes and the Mother's Day episode especially because YOU sing! My heart stops.

I think it's wonderful that you played a normal, working woman with a great voice because so many people are in that situation where they are working day to day and have such great gifts. You did that character proud.

Thank you.

Love

"Never Ending Song of Love" was and still is  #1 with me. Glad I found your website via Wiki. Your still a fox!

have pix for you

You don't know me from Adam, but I visit the Alton Belle now and again, noticed you would be performing and thought I might leave some pictures for you at guest services, if that would be alright.? They are pictures that were part of your cousin Mike's life. ? Awhile after Mike's passing, I was hired to clean Dave McClellands house, there was a box he wanted to get rid of (some glass items and such), he said I could take it home, and that is where I found the pictures. I kept them? because I think of pictures as near and dear, especially to family and I thought it was sad when Dave said Mike's son didn't want any of it.? Some are from the Roseanne show, some with Mike and Ringo Starr, Mike and Mick Fleetwood, etc.

I was also at Dave's tavern the night you came in with your friend Patty Paskus. Patty is a friend of mine also, though I rarely see her anymore.

I'll make sure to have them there by the 3rd as I'm not sure I will be attending. No disrepect, I love your voice, but sometimes life is just so hectic especially with a two year old grandson.

Respectfully,

Sandy Hayden

My lady...Bonnie

I was in an opening-opening band that opened for the New Seakers, who opened up for Delaney & Bonnie for 6 weeks. I haven't been the same since.
